Which brokers are supported?
We currently support MT5-compatible brokers and CSV imports from any broker that provides trade history exports. Additional direct integrations are in development. If your broker is not yet supported, CSV upload will work for most platforms.
Can I import my existing trade history?
Yes. You can upload historical trade data via CSV on your first login. There is no limit on how far back you can import.
Do I need to journal every trade?
No. Journaling is optional on every trade, and no field is required. However, the more context you capture — strategies, emotions, confidence scores — the more accurate and specific your AI coaching becomes. The platform is designed to make journaling fast, not burdensome.
How are AI insights generated?
AI insights are generated from your own trading data. The platform identifies statistically significant patterns in your performance — by time, strategy, emotion, session, and more — and interprets them into plain-language findings with specific recommended actions. Every insight is linked to the trades that produced it, so you can verify each finding yourself.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your trade data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
Can I use the platform for Forex, Futures, Stocks, and Crypto?
Yes. The platform supports all major asset classes. Performance analysis, time analysis, and AI insights work across all instrument types.
What happens if I don't have much trade history?
You can start with as few trades as you have. Some analytics sections require a minimum number of trades to produce meaningful results — the platform will tell you when a section needs more data. AI insights activate after 30 trades.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
